Carlton Sheets

Carlton Sheets is one of our country’s most well- known real estate experts who has been selling his “No Money Down” program on television for many years.

I purchased and closely reviewed Carlton Sheets' real estate course some time ago and found carlton sheet’ principles to be very easy to understand and to apply.

The main disadvantage I found with Carlton’s system is that it does require a huge amount of time driving neighborhoods looking for houses to purchase or combing the local newspapers for prospects.

Carlton Sheets does offer a consulting service which was around $9.95 a month. His staff is available to answer any questions a customer might have regarding the course.

I found the consulting service to be of minimal use to me since the staff is not trained to mentor but only to answer very general questions regarding the course material.

The customer service with this company was good and they were very quick to either sign me up or terminate services as I requested.

I would recommend Carlton Sheets only to those people who are seriously interested in real estate investing and who don't mind spending a lot of time and money chasing real estate deals, maintaining properties, etc. 

After spending approximately $10,000 pursuing my real estate investing interests I found that business to be very time consuming and much more costly than I had ever imagined.  However for those who are interested Carlton Sheets would be a good place to start.

After years of reviewing and testing various money making opportunities I have found one that is a real winner.
